1-there is a lot of electrical equipment in the studio and
     there is a chance that something could catch fire.

2-the camera that is being used for taking the pictures
     could be damaged or could be faulty, also the tripod
     might get damaged or could be faulty.

4- I need to get permission from someone to let me take
     some photos in the photography studio.

Anyone who is in the room for photoshoot as they may trip over the wires.
Equipment like the tripod and lighting could fall over and get damaged.

Tape the wires down.
Any type of Liquid being spilt. For example water.
Anyone who is in the room for the photoshoot.
Any of the equipment that is in the room.
None.

Do not allow any liquid in the studio.

Cars going in front of
The wall.
The Person taking the photo. And people in the photo.
The equipment that the picture is being taken with.

Low- it is a side road so not many people drive on it.
Ask people to not go down that road unless it is absolutely necessary for them to.
Pathway is not in best condition. Places for people to trip over.
People in the photo and the person taking the photo.
The property that could be damaged would be anything that the people in the photo or anyone taking the photo are holding.
None.
Moderate- quite a lot of places to trip over that are not that easy to see when it is dark.
Putting things where the cracks are to point out that there is something there.
